Natalie John, Founder & CEO

Ms. Natalie John holds a Bachelor's Degree of Commerce from Saint Mary's University in Halifax, Nova Scotia. She majored in Marketing & Finance. She is also an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators (ICSA) and is a Lifestyle Specialist for Honeymoon & Destination Weddings.

After years of service at the Eastern Caribbean Securities Exchange (ECSE) where she held the position of Manager, Registry, Issuer & Investor Services Division, she decided to take up full time employment as CEO of Dreamy Weddings & Tours Inc Inc, the company she founded in 1999.

She also consults with a number of Caribbean Governments in creating a policy environment supportive of destination weddings, including the amendment of their respective Marriage legislations to remove residency requirements and to make the wedding process much more convenient, efficient and simple. She has years of experience working with couples in planning their dream wedding on cruise ships or at the many majestic wedding locations on the islands. She has been featured and or sited in various media including Destination Weddings & Honeymoon magazine, the Wall Street Journal, Caribbean Travel & Life magazine, Pride magazine, Sunquest Skyservice in-flight magazine, Island Where magazine, She Caribbean and San Juan Star.

Ms John recently formed a second company Nofrillswedding.com for the low income and budget conscious clients.

Janet John, Customer Service Manager

Janet John has been with the company from inception and seen it grown from strength to strength. She has been in the Marketing department until 2005 when she moved over to head customer service. As Janet would say, if it wasn't for the client, service companies would not be operational and so she strives to ensure excellent service at Dreamy Weddings. Janet is based in the United States and travels to the islands to conduct quality checks.

Nadia Felicien, Destination Wedding Coordinator

Nadia Felicien earned her Caribbean Destination Specialist Certificate from the Travel Institute of Wellesley, Massachusetts. She has traveled extensively to Jamaica, St. Kitts, Nevis, Grenada, Dominica, and Barbados and within her home country of St. Lucia. Nadia has been with the company since 2003 and has planned and coordinated over 200 beach, waterfall, garden, church and private villa weddings. A rain forest wedding is also included in her repertoire. The primary function of her job is to ensure that every client has the fantasy wedding of their dreams and of this she says, 'Every client is unique and exciting. I love to watch their faces when they see their dreams come true and to know I had a part to play in it.'

Tova Verneuil, Destination Wedding Planner

Tova Verneuil graduated from Sir Arthur Lewis Community College with an Associates Degree in Travel and Tourism and has since completed her Caribbean Destination Specialist Certificate at the Travel Institute of Massachusetts. Though relatively new to the company, she has collaborated with designers to plan and coordinate over 100 weddings. She specializes in beach and waterfall weddings, but also arranges ceremonies and receptions for garden, church, cruise and catamaran settings. She has intimate knowledge of the islands in which Dreamy Weddings operates, but puts her homeland of St. Lucia at the top of the list. 'St. Lucia is blissful. There isn't a more majestic or romantic backdrop than The Pitons when you say your I Do's.'
